StudyAstra provides a study-timer, focus tracking, leaderboards, resources and curated learning content for educational purposes. By using the app or website you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use StudyAstra lawfully, for personal study and educational purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

3. Accounts & user content

You are responsible for the security of your account and for any content you submit, such as your leaderboard nickname. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

4. Affiliate disclaimer

StudyAstra is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme and other affiliate advertising programmes, including Flipkart. Product listings on the Resources page contain affiliate links. If you click these and make a purchase, we may earn a commission, which helps keep StudyAstra free — this does not affect the price you pay. Product prices, images, ratings and availability are supplied by third-party retailers and may change without notice. StudyAstra is not responsible for the fulfilment, returns or accuracy of third-party listings; those are governed by the retailer's own terms.

5. Resources & open materials

The Resources section links to free NCERT textbooks and other open educational materials at their official sources, and may recommend books via affiliate links. We do not host or modify the linked textbooks; availability and accuracy depend on the original publisher or source.

6. Intellectual property

NCERT textbooks and similar open materials are linked to their official sources and remain the property of their respective publishers. StudyAstra branding, software, and original content are owned by StudyAstra and may not be reused without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

StudyAstra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that study outcomes will match any particular result. Reliance on the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyAstra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on leaderboards, analytics, or resource recommendations.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
